Granted, it would have been almost impossible for it to live up to the pre-launch hype. Another quirk is that Sony hasn’t standardized the NetMD name. Soy by beloved Sharp is fragile as an egg.
Beneath its well finished and partially die-cast outer, The MZ-S1 wlkman fairly conventional by the standards of the day. Thanks to Scott Phelps for providing the model shown on sony net md walkman mz-s1 page. In general I would only recommend the MZ-S1 to folks for whom a rugged player is a necessity. It’s clunky, slow, overprotective of content to the point of infringing on users’ rightsand the software is an insatiable resource hog.

I tried to visit the manufacturer's website to locate the Windows 10 drivers, however the driver support available for the device is up to Windows Vista operating system.

So, I suggest you to download the drivers for Windows Vista and then install the same using Compatibility mode.
Follow the steps to install the drivers in compatibility mode.
1. After downloading the driver, go to the location where you had saved your downloaded setup files of the drivers and right click, then select Properties.
2. Select Compatibility Tab.
3. Place a check mark next to Run this program in Compatibility mode and select the Windows Vista operating system accordingly from the drop down list.
4. Let the driver to install and then check the functionality.
